ICTRS 2013 aims at providing a specialized forum to researchers and practitioners interested in telecommunications and remote sensing. Within the conference, seven areas will be considered, organized within two main tracks:

TRACK A: TELECOMMUNICATIONS
Area 1: Radio-Communications and Signal Processing
Area 2: Electronics and Photonics
Area 3: Electromagnetic Environment and Interference
Area 4: Solar Power Satellite Systems

TRACK B: REMOTE SENSING AND CONTEXT AWARENESS
Area 5: Remote Sensing
Area 6: Electromagnetic Fields and Waves
Area 7: Context Awareness

The ICTRS'13 international Program Committee (PC) is soliciting the contribution of technical papers that relate to these areas (elaborated in the Call for Papers). I turn to you, on behalf of the PC, addressing you with a sincere invitation to attend this event, visiting beautiful Holland.

Up to three ICTRS'13 best paper authors would be invited to submit revised and extended versions of their papers to a special issue of the international journal Annals of Telecommunications.
